I am Rick Hamm, Loan Officer and Branch Manager, and I am a top producer at Unifirst Lending. I have worked in the mortgage origination business since 1987. I am currently licensed in Colorado, Florida, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. Over my career as a Loan Officer, I have closed millions of dollars of loan transactions and my particular areas of expertise are serving first-time homebuyers, self-employed borrowers, and the military community. With my experience and Unifirst Lending’s broad array of mortgage solutions to choose from, I will make every effort to find the best loan program and pricing for your situation.
Our local office in Grand Junction is equipped to complete the entire loan process in-house; including all loan processing, underwriting, closings, and funding. As a result, we have a proven track record of closing loans quickly and efficiently as possible, and I will be up-to-date on the status of your loan at all times. I understand the importance of maintaining continuous communication throughout the loan process and commit to providing accurate, timely and honest mortgage advice.
My name is Zach Pomeroy. With over ten years of experience as a business owner, I know what it takes to provide excellent customer service. Since acquiring my Mortgage Loan Originators license, I have helped hundreds of clients navigate the home buying and home loan process. I am currently licensed in in several states including Colorado, Idaho, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. I enjoy helping all types of borrowers and specialize in first-time homebuyers and self-employed borrowers promise to help find the best loan program for each borrowers situation.

My name is Nyk Harper. I joined Unifirst Mortgage Lending, powered by MasonMac, in 2023. Prior to the mortgage industry I was a police officer with the Glenwood Springs Police Department and Palisade Police Department. I began my experience in the real estate profession in the title insurance industry with Fidelity Title, as an escrow assistant. My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with law enforcement concentration from Colorado Mesa University, as well as a master’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Colorado Denver.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching and playing sports, going to the gym, playing video games, and spending time with my family. I am eager to help everyone realize their dreams of homeownership and financial success.
